Movement Class

In this class we expand and refine our awareness to the body as a vehicle for movement. We practice sensing and expressing our organs and tissues, our fluidity, the different breaths, tides and rhythms of the body. We listen in to the subtle inter-communications in the body, and feel and move in new ways. We let our bodies be more open to our surroundings, taking in and breathing out information more fully. And we become more expansive movers, able to share and experience our dance in a profound way.

It blends release, meditation, yoga, structured and free flow, for dancers, movers and somatic explorers.
