A personal practice is a daily journey, created by your own creativity and devotion.
It might be something you wish to develop after practicing yoga with a teacher for a while, it can be something you want to add to your life as support during physical or emotional challenges, or you may already have a daily practice and want to expand and deepen it.
I offer private sessions for women, designed to develop and support your own independent creation of a yoga and movement practice, with a clear focus on fine listening to the body and expressing its multi-layered voice.
