Welcome : )

The practices that I share are dedicated to supporting close and direct communication with deeper layers of our bodies and our being, and with rich resources of life forces. I find each of these paths to be a generous teacher of awake sensitive presence: biodynamic touch, meditation, yoga, subtle movement exploration and breath work.

I have been exploring movement and awareness from a young age, with wonderful teachers and through my own ongoing, ever-changing, daily practice. As a dancer I have explored expressions in the field of contemporary dance, since 2005 I have been offering yoga and movement classes and private sessions, and since 2009 I have also been offering gentle touch body-work. My education includes biodynamic craniosacral therapy with masterful practitioners from around the world (at Body Intelligence), Feldenkrais based body-work, energy healing modalities (reiki, theta healing, light language, and more), classical yoga teacher training, structural yoga therapy training, yoga for women teacher training, and practice with various schools of hatha and raja yoga, release techniques, (mainly) contemporary dance, and a choreography program (at Kelim). I am a graduate of Far-east studies and Humanities from Tel Aviv University.

My practice is for souls who are thrilled and curious to go on a journey through their inner bodies. who want and are ready to experience more stillness and breath. It is for sensitives, empaths, who are passionate about embodying more presence here, on earth. Who know that awakened awareness in the body is so profoundly vital to healing and alignment. It is for somatic explorers, dancers, yogis, movers, as it supports proliferation of communication paths with the body and within the body, as well as expansion and enrichment of movement on many levels. It is for you, who know how sacred is honoring your embodied presence.

Sharing my practice with passionate explorers has been deeply joyful and heart opening. You are warmly invited to contact me if this work-play speaks to you.
