There are so very many ways to meditate… my meditations are journeys of awakening-expanding awareness in the subtle rhythms and richness of energies in our bodies and fields, and in the Earth’s body. They are practices of conscious embodiment.
Meditation is a gateway to an expansive experience of wholeness, peace, connection, life forces, inner knowing, belonging, wisdom and well-being.
It is a sacred time-space for re membering forgotten and undiscovered parts of our self and for re membering our self as part of creation’s unity.
We are constantly embodying, just as much as we are constantly creating. We can embody un-consciousness, lack of awareness, avoidance, absence, and we can embody loving awareness, conscious connection, light, forces of living.
When we are consciously embodying we can access more resources, treasures which nourish and ground us in our bodies and our life, teach and remind us more of who we are.
When we breathe with the oceans through our own inner ocean of fluid breath, we dissolve structures and limitations, we tune in to our sense of vastness and freedom, and immense, potent, stillness.
When we embody our skin and the many facets of it within the fascia, we might learn subtle communication and boundary, commitment and flexibility. We might realize peace and balance with being a unique creation and united with One-ness, at the same time.
The gifts of this on-going journey are truly infinite and transforming. As we go through these gates we tap into secret keys unlocking our ability to shift states of being, choose and witness our experience consciously, experience safety and support enough to open more into stillness – where we can meet our truest self, our souls, our core energy, hear our guidance and see our dreams with more clarity.
When we walk this path of awake presence in the body, we can consciously bring the gifts we embody to Life.
Meditation is an inherent stream in all of my practices. You will meet it in some way when you come to any of my sessions.
